Potato, spicy wedges

Ingredients

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbs chilli powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
3 1/2 lb potatoes, cut into wedges

Instructions

In a large bowl combine everything (not potatoes): add potatoes and toss to coat.
Arrange in a single layer on greased baking sheets, bake at 400 deg F for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning once
